Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise commonly used to assist clients in their rehabilitation following an injury or surgery. Unlike conventional Pilates, where clients are given generalised, non-specific programs, Clinical Pilates offers clients with a tailor-made program. These programs are developed by a university qualified professional, that assists clients in achieving their goals.

How is my program made?

Before you begin your Clinical Pilates sessions, you will have an in-depth assessment with your treating practitioner, where they will look at your past medical history and current functional capacity. During the assessment, we will work with you to create a program that suits your level, needs and abilities.

How many people are in a class?

Class sizes can vary depending on your needs and comfort levels. We offer 1-on-1 and group classes (Up to 4 people), with the following class types:
